We serve clients who are unable to take care of, or need help with, their personal business and day-to-day money management activities. We interact with accountants, attorneys, investment advisors, medical service providers, and healthcare and social service organizations.
What we do:
Cash Management/Banking
Organize and maintain filing system • Open, review and respond to mail • Organize bills for payment and contact vendors when necessary • Prepare checks, make bank deposits, arrange for direct deposit and transfers, and reconcile bank statements • Utilize accounting software (Quicken, Quickbooks) to catagorize income and expenses
Income Taxes
Income tax planning to maximize deductions and minimize expenses •
Organize information for current and delinquent tax returns and monitor estimated tax payments • Determine cost basis of securities on dividend reinvestment plans
Medical and Insurance Activities
Prepare inventory and evaluate health, life, LTC, homeowners’, auto, excess and disability insurance plans •
Prepare and track medical insurance claims and problem resolution
Estate matters
Assist executor in estate administration • Inventory assets and liabilities •
File for life insurance proceeds, social security survivor benefits, pensions, and annuities •
Estate liquidation and household downsizing
Geriatric Care Management and Social Support Services
Community referrals and liaison between professionals and client and client and family •
Locate and evaluate home services and eldercare residences

Computerize, inventory, and update investment portfolio •
Prepare interest, dividend and capital gains data for income tax returns
